How clients buy.
Most projects begin with a paid systems audit or a scoped proposal. For approved projects, Trenith accepts payments through Razorpay by UPI, cards, and netbanking.

Audit, proposal, or both.
- 01
Most engagements start with a Paid Systems Audit (one week, GST invoice) or a scoped proposal. The audit defines architecture, risks, and a build plan. The proposal locks scope, timeline, and price.
- 02
On approval, deposits and milestones are invoiced through Razorpay by UPI, cards, or netbanking.
- 03
Builds are delivered against a milestone plan. Every deliverable is reviewed and approved by the senior team before client handoff.
- 04
After launch, an optional Monthly Engineering Retainer covers maintenance, bug fixes, and small improvements.
What buyers actually ask.
Cross-cutting questions. Package-specific FAQs sit on each spec sheet.
- How does the paid audit work?
- A flat one-time fee for clients in India, payable via UPI or Indian-issued cards with a GST tax invoice. One week. You get a one-page architecture, a milestone plan, and a named list of risks. Yours to keep regardless of whether you build with us next.
- Who actually writes the code?
- The senior engineers in your Slack channel. We don't subcontract, we don't route through project managers, and we don't hand off to juniors. The people who scoped it are the people who ship it.
- What if we want to change scope mid-build?
- Change-requests get re-scoped and re-quoted before any code lands. If a change pushes the engagement past the original fee, you see the new number before you say yes.
- Can we sign an NDA before scoping?
- Yes. Mutual NDA is the default, we'll counter-sign yours at the start of the scoping call.
- After handoff, what if something breaks?
- Thirty days of Slack support is included. We fix what we shipped, free, in that window. Past 30 days you can pick up a Monthly Engineering Retainer, but we don't pitch it. The handoff includes a runbook so your team can operate without us.
Book a 30-minute scoping call.
We map the project, estimate the scope, and send a fixed-price proposal within 48 hours.
