    Month-to-month. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice.

    Yes. The retainer is staffed by the senior team who shipped your build, or audited it on kickoff if you're new to us. No rotating juniors.

    Can we start a retainer if you didn't build the software?
    Yes, but the first month includes a code audit so we can pick up the keys safely. We'll tell you upfront if we can't honestly support what's there.

    What if our queue is light one month?
    We resize the next month's commitment down. The retainer isn't a tax on slow months.

    Yes. The retainer provides monthly senior engineering capacity for production software, fixes, small improvements, performance work, and architecture reviews. It is not a net-new product build, unlimited capacity, or 24/7 on-call.
